In Timaeus, Plato asks " What is that which always is but never becomes"?   This playful, kinetic design dances around this question exploring two of my favorite lines from the dialogue:

"Some things always are, without ever becoming" (27d6) and 

"Some things become, without ever being"(27d6–28a1).
